HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Appointment of An Arbitrator Fee

£75 (charged where either party fails to appoint an arbitrator within the time limits and the other party applies to the Association to make an appointment on their behalf)

1st Tier

The Association will call for a deposit of approximately £2,500 on account of the following costs, fees and expenses:

• IGPA Basic Fee - £500
• Non-member Fee - £250 per non-member party
• Tribunal’s Fee – based on the number of arbitrators, the time spent and the charging rate of each arbitrator
• Other expenses plus any disbursements incurred

Appeal

An advanced payment of £3000 is due on lodging an appeal against the following costs, fees and expenses:

• IGPA Basic Fee - £500
• Non-member Fee - £500 per non-member party
• Board’s Fee – based on the number of arbitrators, the time spent and the charging rate of each arbitrator
• Other expenses plus any disbursements incurred
